Great beginner exercise: BackHand Placement
Have you just completed your first table tennis sessions? Then train your backhand specifically with “Backhand Placement”. Similar to “Forehand Placement”, you alternately play a ball diagonally and one parallel, only as a backhand shot. Here too, the passive player can practice blocking.
