Train your footwork: Big 8 Diagonal

Let your legs burn with the “Big 8 – Diagonal” exercise, it works like Big 8 Parallel with the roles reversed. While you as the active player always play the balls diagonally, you always get parallel balls back from the passive player. Viewed from above, the image of an eight appears. The exercise requires a lot of leg work and really makes you sweat.
