This is how you bring your strong topspin into play: Jump around

If you have a forehand-oriented game, you can use the “jumping” exercise to train an important movement pattern and bring your strong forehand topspin into play. In this exercise you focus on playing alternately forehand and backhand from the backhand side. A positive side effect: you also practice weight shifting.
