Beginner exercise for table tennis: Forehand placement

Are you just starting to specifically train table tennis? Then “Forehand Placement”, similar to “BackHand Placement” is the optimal exercise for you. As an active player, you alternately play a ball diagonally and one parallel from your forehand. You also benefit from the exercise as a passive part, as you can train the block really well.
