Let’s say, you’re looking for a Human Resources Manager job.

Go to google.com and type this in the search bar:

↳ site:linkedIn.com/jobs “Human Resources” AND “Manager” ↳ Click on tools > change “Any time” to “Past week”

You’ll see all the jobs posted that very few people have applied for, which otherwise are difficult to find via LinkedIn search directly.

But, if you want to be even more specific, and search for something like below:

“Human Resources Manager or HR Manager or IT Manager position from Google, Amazon, or Apple for Bangalore or Bengaluru location”

Or, something like

”Human Resources Analyst role in the IT industry that allows me to work remotely”

Create a Boolean search string like this:

↳ site:linkedIn.com/jobs (“HR” OR “Human resources” OR IT) AND (“Manager” OR “Recruiter” OR “Recruitment) AND (“Google” OR “Amazon” OR “Apple”) AND (“Bangalore OR Bengaluru”)

↳ site:linkedin.com/jobs (“Human Resources Analyst”) AND (“HR” OR “Human Resources” OR “Personnel” OR “Talent” OR “Employee Relations” OR “Recruitment” OR “Staffing”) AND (“Remote” OR “Work from home”)

↳ site:linkedin.com/in OR site:linkedin.com/search (“Recruiter” OR “Talent Acquisition”) AND (“Google” OR “Amazon” OR “Apple”) AND (“Bangalore”)

Now copy and paste any of these strings on Google search and see the results yourself.

🎁 Bonus tip: You can also find jobs on other job portals using this hack by changing the site name to any other job portals like this:

↳ site:naukri.com/jobs ( Human Resources Analyst ) AND ( HR OR Human Resources OR Personnel OR Talent OR Employee Relations OR Recruitment OR Staffing ) AND ( Remote OR Work from home )
