My friends, my colleagues, my Greek fellow citizens. Greece ceased to be a sovereign country on the 12th of December 2012. The government of former prime minister Antonis Samara passed this act of legislative content, (ΦΕΚ Α 262/17.12.2012).
The following extracted paragraph from the act is too important to be ignored or pass like any other act of legislative content. It states the following in Greek :
“Η Ελλάδα, η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος και το ΤΧΣ παραιτούνται με την παρούσα αμετάκλητα και άνευ όρων από οποιαδήποτε ασυλία της οποίας είναι ή ενδέχεται να καταστούν δικαιούχοι, όσον αφορά στα ίδια ή τα περιουσιακά τους στοιχεία, από νομικές διαδικασίες σε σχέση με την παρούσα Δεύτερη Τροποποιητική Σύμβαση συμπεριλαμβανομένων, χωρίς περιορισμό, της ασυλίας έναντι αγωγής , δικαστικής ή άλλης εντολής , από κατάσχεση, σύλληψη ή ασφαλιστικά μέτρα πριν την έκδοση δικαστικής απόφασης και από την εκτέλεση και επιβολή εις βάρος των περιουσιακών τους στοιχείων, στο βαθμό που αυτό δεν απαγορεύεται από αναγκαστικό δίκαιο”
In fact he has verified officially the hidden agreement of former prime minister Mr. Papandreou and his government signed on the 8th of May 2010 ONLY by Mr. Papakonstantinou, minister of finance when Greece entered IMF and memorandum agreements. Two years later they made it look official. How would you judge such acts, if that happened in YOUR COUNTRY, treason ?
Referendum
The question that arises is the following. Twice in the modern history of this country, of this nation, a few people, a minority and not the majority of the Greek citizens decided to surrender their sovereignty, to submit every right they have under a foreign authority in exchange of what, salaries and payment of debt for their people ? Shouldn’t they ask the citizens of this country for such an important decision, what is more critical than the sovereignty for a referendum ? Was it legal according to our constitution to take that decision ? Was it legal under the European law ?
Pretence
Therefore the question that arises for all “Greek” citizens is whether we agree with this act. Yes, means we accept what these governments signed and no means we have not given our consent for such an act. A referendum should have been given to us prior to these agreements based on this matter, and that never happened.
Unfortunately, the present government of prime minister Mr. Tsipras and his supporters, MISLEAD and BIFURCATE Greek citizens with the wrong question set for a referendum. Please somebody explain to me what is the point of accepting or not financial or other measures that your foreign ruler imposes when you have previously surrendered your sovereignty.These are not governments, these are puppets. They do not explain in plain words what is happening, why Troika exercises capital banking control and fear to all my fellow country men a few days before that hypocritical referendum.
Make no mistake, DEMOCRACY IS DEAD and this is coming to a “theater” next to you. Unite your voice and resist, it makes sense to fight for a noble purpose in your life.
