Well, is it people that understand what they do not manage or what they cannot manage and my second question is if you understand what you cannot manage would you accept to manage these, are you forced to manage what you do not understand ?

I am asking that because there is often the situation where above that person that manages tasks without understanding there are his superior managers that equally have the same problem and the worst thing it can happen is to have a CEO that does not understand or better say he does not want or need to understand :-)
